Willow 2023 - 2024

Welcome to Willow class!

Welcome back to school - hopefully you have all had good break over the summer.  We are keen to get things off to a good start and look forward to the year ahead.

Willow class will be doing indoor PE on Tuesdays, and outdoor PE on Wednesdays so please send your child into school on these days wearing the correct PE kit please.

Reminders

Please ensure your child brings a water bottle to school every day.

Please label ALL clothing and belongings.

Please ensure you put sun cream on your children on sunny days.

Reading: Please listen to your child read out loud and record this in their diary at least three times a week. Please discuss any vocabulary that they are not sure of.

In due course, we will be sending passwords out for TT Rockstars and Spelling Shed, and we would ask that your child accesses these web sites at least three times a week.  Times tables are to be tested at the end of the year for all year 4 children in the country so it is important that they know these well - at speed!

 

Any problems, you can catch me most afternoons on the yard when we dismiss the children.
